Tim Lambesis, just days after being released on bail and amid the scandal of the murder-for-hire accusations against him, appears to be moving forward on the new LP for his metal side project, Austrian Death Machine. The band, whose name is actually a tribute to the Governator himself, Mr Schwarzenegger, announced on its Facebook page that Lambesis has recorded all of his parts for the crowd-funded album Triple Brutal, and the band will begin mixing soon. Read the full band statement after the jump. Despite this mild interest piece, Lambesis still faces the horrific aforementioned allegations, and the trial continues over the coming months.
Tim finished all of his parts back before he went on tour in Asia. He was just waiting for me to do my parts and put together the finishing touches on the mix of the album. I’m working on that this starting this week now that I have the files. The CD should be done soon and then we’ll start planning to manufacture.
