ALBUM REVIEW: The Swellers “Vehicle City Blues”

Hot off their 7” Vehicle City Blues, rising artist The Swellers bring you two previously unreleased tracks from Good For Me. Having recently signed on with PR pros Another Reybee Production, the band is taking on an adventurous new journey, gathering fans old and new for a sound, which is sure to grab you.
The first track, Vehicle City Blues is a solemn, yet surprisingly captivating first listen, with haunting vocals and poignant melodies. However, before long the band breaks in full force with thunderous beats and aggressive vocals, which transport the listener on a completely different journey within a matter of seconds.
Where Vehicle City Blues leaves off, Red Lights picks up, providing an instant surge of energy and atmospheric bliss. At a short 2:12 this is one of those tracks that goes by far too quickly, giving just a taste of what is to come. But the truth is-we can’t wait to see just what that is.
